Pane al sesamo con hamburger di Fassona Piemontese, prosciutto crudo di Parma stagionato 24 mesi, cipolla rossa di Tropea in agrodolce, insalatina croccante e stracchino lombardo.
Pane di mais con rucola selvatica, filetto di merluzzo dorato, pomodori secchi, crema di caprino e salsta tzaziki.
Pane integrale di hamburger di ceci con spinacino al salto, pomodoro cuore di bue, provolone piccante e punte di asparagi verdi.
Panino morbido al latte con crema di ricotta, marmellata di fragole e scaglie di cioccolato bianco.
Assaggerai queste varietà in una sola sera, in un turbinio di sapori e novità allettanti.

Far from noise and crowds, Ristorante San Giorgio is a welcoming place, with just the right lighting and a wonderful staff. The food was all delicious — even the dessert, my great passion, was very good. I’m satisfied!
Matteo SalvattiI was staying at the Falck Village, so I put myself in their restaurant’s hands; the setting looks really good, with soft lighting and background noise kept to a minimum. The dishes are well made and of excellent quality. Prices slightly on the high side, and I was not given the wine list. Staff courtesy at the highest level; value for money above average.

Roberto GianmariaWe spent two days here while staying at the Falck Village Hotel. We appreciated this restaurant’s cooking far more than that of the hotel where we had stayed the night before. Breakfast is excellent, lunch is a buffet and dinner à la carte — the wine selection is a little limited.
